Hey guys…if your in Maryland…and you are a waterfowler….please join Maryland Waterfowler’s Association at www.mdwfa.org what a great way to help support waterfowl and the sport of waterfowling in Maryland. I met with president Greg Tracey today when he dropped into The Canvasback Gallery. I will be working with Greg and Maryland Waterfowler’s Association in the future. I plan on writing articles dealing with waterfowling history and decoys of the Chesapeake for their future newsletters….and other related topics to be determined. Come check out one of the oldest running decoy shows at the historic Wellwood Club in Charlestown, Maryland. Starts Friday 22nd at 3pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. President Grover Cleveland hunted out of this once gunning club that is situated on the shores of the Susquehanna Flats. Hi Folks, if you have not had a chance to go….and your in Maryland….come check out the Vintager’s shoot at Pintail Point, Queenstown, Maryland. Lots of dealers with lots and lots of shotguns…old and new. It ends Sunday mid afternoon or so…so hurry up down…you will be amazed…especially if your into shotguns and shotgun sports!
